Privacy

What we collect. Nothing when you visit the site: no cookies, no trackers, no audience measurement, no external fonts or scripts. If you fill in the contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, company, work email address, current data platform, your contract renewal date and, if you wish, a message.

Why. To reply to you and offer you a meeting. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering contact requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who has access. Q4O only. The data is neither sold nor transferred. When a request arrives, Q4O receives a notification through the ntfy service (ntfy.sh) that contains only your first name, your company, your platform and your renewal date: no email address and no message.

How long. Three years at most after our last exchange, then deletion.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability: write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

The Canot tool. The software runs in your own accounts and sends no data to Q4O or to third parties: it has no telemetry. During an engagement, the access you grant to Q4O is governed by a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).
